Recently, I noticed that my teeth are getting elongated and the gums are receding away. I told this to my hubby. He told me that it may be the symptoms of gingivitis. Actually, I do not give much care to my teeth and gum. I have also experienced some problems with my gums. I have seen dried up blood in between my gum and teeth. That time, I gargled with salt water. Last day, while looking in the mirror, I noticed my teeth. It elongated too much. Then I shared it with my hubby. We searched for this condition. If we are not giving much care, it will lead to a much severe form of the disease known as periodontitis. So I am planning to consult a clinic in Calgary having periodontitis treatment. But before taking the treatment, I would like to know whether there are any home remedies to prevent this disease. Also, I read that this disease has some connections to diabetics. It often occurs in diabetic persons. Is this so? I am not diabetic. I'm wondering whether this is the beginning of diabetics. Help me with your replies.
