Hi, I am a newbie here. I am an alcoholic and I would like to change my habit. I started this just for fun. But gradually it became my habit. I can't control its use. It is making problems in my family life. Now I am suffering from anxiety too. Always thinking about my addiction. Can I overcome this situation? My family is supporting me a lot to overcome this. I am trying a lot, but of no use. Along with this my anxiety is getting worse day by day. I am worried. How can I overcome my situation? One of my friends suggested cognitive behavioral therapy for my situation. Will this therapy work for me?
