I was hired in 2010 at a home improvement store and I had to work 4 hours each day. I started experiencing foot pain and there were mornings when I found it difficult to get out of the bed. I shifted my job and started working as a cashier. I started suffering from foot pain within two months after joining there. I often have to return home as I wouldn't be able to stand up for a long time. Every morning when I get up, I would have to hobble around until the muscles in my feet and ankles loosened up. I tried changing my brand of shoes and it didn't work. When I shared my concern with my friend, she suggested me to try custom orthotics from Burlington. I am hearing about this for the first time. What kind of shoe do I need for my custom orthotics? Is this effective? Please give some genuine replies and suggestions. Thanks in advance.
