This is a place to jot down your feelings and thoughts. No one is under any pressure to do so
Some times its good to just put it into words, like if your having a bad time late at night cant sleep etc,maybe you need to have a chat but no one is around, its just another way to express yourself and hopefully help overcome any feeling you may have.
I understand not every one likes to put things down in writing, but if at the time you have nothing else to help you out then why not give it a go.
